Privacy Policy

Nasugn ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio operating a number of products — see the products page. This policy covers information you share with Nasugn as a company (marketing site visits, contact emails, product accounts). Each product has its own privacy page that covers the data it collects to do its job — for example, Vigil's page covers camera video, MatchReel's covers match footage.

1. What we collect at the company level

• Contact information — your email address (and anything else you put in it) when you write to us at hello@nasugn.com or use any of our other contact channels.
• Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated traffic data on our marketing sites. We don't use ad-tracking or third-party fingerprinting.

2. What each product collects

Product-specific data (video, transactions, documents, etc.) is governed by the privacy policy on that product's marketing site:

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries.
• To operate the marketing sites and diagnose issues.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts) when you use one of our products.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside of the third-party services listed below.

4. Third-party services

Across our products we rely on a small set of providers:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, storage, and infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (sign-in links, receipts, alerts).
• Google Workspace — company email (hello@nasugn.com, support@nasugn.com).

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Retention

Company-level contact emails are retained while they're useful for support, typically 3 years. Product-level retention is described in each product's privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask for a copy in a portable format.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, at-rest encryption on all storage, per-tenant credential isolation across products, and short-lived signed URLs for media access. We don't store plaintext passwords.

8. Cookies

The marketing sites don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Our products use essential session cookies for authentication only.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the blog.
