Welcome to the Nasugn blog

· Announcements · Nasugn

We build focused cloud products — each one designed to solve a real problem exceptionally well. Until now, everything we had to say lived on a landing page or in a changelog. This blog is where the rest goes.

Where we are today

Six products in the portfolio, all listed on nasugn.com:

  • Vigil is live in Australian production — multi-site cloud CCTV with person and vehicle alerts, hosted in AWS Sydney.
  • Marketplace is live at emarket.nasugn.com — escrow-backed shopping, booking, and selling, three roles on one account.
  • MatchReel is live at matchreel.com.au — live streaming, auto-recording, and one-tap highlights for junior sport.
  • Transfer just opened three West Africa corridors — Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire, and Liberia — with mobile money, cash pickup, and bank transfer.
  • NDMS is on public waitlist at ndms.nasugn.com with pricing and retention primitives for regulated teams.
  • Recon is bookable for a demo today; its own marketing site is landing shortly.

Four of six are live. Two are minutes away. The Wire page tracks every ship event in date order.

What this blog is for

Expect a mix of the practical and the reflective:

  • Engineering notes — how we build tenant-isolated streaming, escrow flows, and other things that are harder than they look.
  • Product decisions — why NDMS ships single-region by default, why Vigil chose not to do NVR, why Transfer picked those three corridors first.
  • Trade-offs — the thinking behind building six sharp products instead of one sprawling platform.

Good software is opinionated. The opinions are worth writing down.

We’d rather show our reasoning than hide it. If we make a call you disagree with, we want you to be able to see how we got there.
